What is your favorite Bath & Body Works Signature Collection fragrance?

I’m currently a sales associate at Bath and Body Works. I’m trying to find better ways to sell our products. So please tell me what your favorite fragrance is and why.

I have so many favourites!

Sweet Pea; It’s a sweet, fruity floral which is quite refreshing. I love it because it isn’t overly floral.

Cherry Blossom; Another fruity floral… not overly floral. The fruit adds sweetness to the blossoms.

Japanese Cherry Blossom; My favourite because it’s the perfect combo of spice and woods. The body butter smells the best in this!

Sensual Amber; A bit of sweetness and you can smell the vanilla. This would be good for those who like vanilla, but don’t want a straight vanilla scent.

Warm Vanilla Sugar; A yummy vanilla with a kick.

Black Raspberry Vanilla; A great option for those who love fruity and vanilla scents. This is nice because it even smells creamy.

As for how to sell the products… it depends on what the customer is looking for. If they don’t like sweet scents, then try not to recommend something like the Mango Mandarin. If they like stronger scents and musk, offer something that meets those requirements.

I would look online at the notes in each scent to become more familiar with what they are. Then, smell each scent at your store. That way, you will have a better idea on what to recommend to your customers. If they are looking for a gift, try to go with scents that are lighter, such as CB and WVS.

Most importantly, have fun! Learn about the products you are selling and that will come across to the customers. Listen to what they say and not go by what your favourite scents are. I love visiting BBW as I am in B.C., Canada. I’ve have always received excellent service because the girls know about the scents.
